March 2020 Minutes Annual Parish Meeting
MINUTES of the ANNUAL PARISH MEETING of Hough on the Hill, Brandon and Gelston held on Thursday 12th March 2020 at 7.15 pm at All Saints Church, Hough on the Hill.
There were no members of the public present.
Present: Cllr Kingscott (RK) (in the Chair), Cllrs. Holden, McLean, and Rowland plus Dist Cllr P Milnes.
1. Apologies Cllr S Morgan.
2. The minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held in 2019 were read and approved and it was unanimously agreed that they be signed.
3. The Chairman gave his report and a copy is attached to these minutes.
4. The Clerk/RFO gave a financial report and a copy is attached to these minutes.
5. RK gave a report on the Charity.
6. There was no report from the Church.
Meeting closed at 7.25 pm.
