4. Feedback on workshop held on 16th July.
5. Design Guidance update and resolution as to next steps.
6. LGS – all responses being considered. Resolution as to way forward once responses are agreed.
7. NP – discussion and resolution as to who will draft/write updates.
8. Resolution to go into Closed Session for the purpose of discussing confidential matters.
Everyone other than Councillors will be required to leave the meeting at this point.
