Resolution to go into closed session to discuss matters of a confidential nature.
AGENDA
1. Apologies.
2. Declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011.
3. Discussion and Resolution as to whether to proceed with the Neighbourhood Plan update.
IF IT IS RESOLVED TO GO AHEAD WITH THE NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN THEN:
4. Resolution as to whether to set up an Advisory Committee.
5. Review the Design Code and resolution as to way forward.
6. Review the Local Green Spaces and the LGS report and resolution as to way forward.
Note: We currently have £1154.36 in hand from the grant for the NP and £500 in the PC reserves.
IF IT IS RESOLVED NOT TO GO AHEAD WITH THE NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN THEN:
7. Resolution as to what is required to finalise outstanding matters.
8. Public Question Time (no more than 30 minutes).
