MINUTES of the ANNUAL PARISH MEETING of Hough on the Hill, Brandon and Gelston held on Thursday 14th March 2019 at 7 pm at All Saints Church, Hough on the Hill.

Present: Cllr Kingscott (RK) (in the Chair), Cllrs. Milnes (PeM), Morgan(SM) plus Cty Cllr A Maughan and Dist Cllr B Sampson and one member of the public and Vicky McLean.

  1. Apologies Cllr Rhymer.
  2. The minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held in 2018 were read and approved and it was unanimously agreed, that they be signed.
  3. The Chairman gave his report and a copy is attached to these minutes.
  4. The Clerk/RFO gave a financial report and a copy is attached to these minutes.
  5. SM gave a report on the Charity.  See note attached to these minutes.
  6. PeM gave a report from the Church- a copy is attached to these minutes.

 

  1. Cllr Maughan thanked the PC and residents for their campaign to get the 40 mph limit introduced on the C001.  There were no other matters raised and the member of the public did not raise any questions.
