MINUTES of the Parish Council meeting held on 26th May 2020 at 4 pm at the land adjacent to Brandon Church.
Present: Cllr R Kingscott (in the Chair), Cllrs. S Rowland and R Holden. There were no public present.
This meeting was purely for the purpose of approving and signing the AGAR (external audit) forms which had previously been circulated to all Councillors.
20/21- 1. It was resolved to approve and sign the Certificate of Exemption.
20/21- 2. It was resolved that the Annual Governance Statement be signed.
20/21- 3. It was resolved that the Accounting Statement be signed.
Meeting closed at 4.05 pm.
