  1. Election of Chairman and Vice Chairman.   Note resignation of Sue Morgan.

 

                               Public Forum.  Restricted to 15 minutes.

  1. Declarations of interest.

 

  1. Resolution to approve Minutes of meetings held on 12th March and 26th May.

 

  1. Planning matters:  S18/ 0078 and S20/0098 – Brandon Wood Clay Shoot application – update by Cllr Kingscott; S19/0735 – Toll Bar Service Station – approved with conditions;  S20/0187 – tree works at The Old Vicarage, Hough – approved; S20/0320 – two storey extension at 5 Village Streeet, Gelston – approved; S20/0893 – tree works at Forge Farmhouse, Hough – approved; S20/1101 – 14 Village Street, Gelston – update by Cllr Milnes.

 

  1. Playing field:   March, May and June reports to hand.  Additional work of trimming trees and roadside hedge, and treating weeds in play area all carried out in July. New net for the playframe is now in place.

 

  1. Road safety/Highways.  Brandon gates now painted white.  Update on jetting of drains along High Road, Hough – Cllr Maughan.  Update on sewer dyke at Brandon – Cllr Milnes.  Any update on reduced speed limit at Gelston?   Gelston Green sign gone missing – resolution as to next step.

 

  1. Footpaths –Footpath 8 – not yet received an application to re-route path. 

 

  1. Defibrillators – new battery installed at Brandon f.o.c.

 

  1. Communications – feedback on News and Views delivery.  LCC have created new websites due to the Accessibility Laws and Clerk is in the process of transferring relevant information.  Old website closes in December.

 

11.  Financial matters:

   [a] Bank balances at 31.7.20  £4,812.86 (deposit a/c} and £7,155.31 (current a/c).   

   [b] Resolution to sign bank reconciliation/income & expenditure accounts at 30.4.20,  

         31.5.20, 30.6.20 and 31.7.20.

     [c] Insurance renewal considered and approved in May.

     [d] Resolution as to whether to make a donation to LIVES.
