  1. Resolution to approve Minutes of meetings held on 9th May 2019.

 

  1. Planning matters:  S18/ 0078 – Brandon Wood Clay Shoot application for clubhouse – pending consideration; S18/0221 - auto racing on grass track near Gelston  – approved conditionally; S18/1979 – conversion of barn to dwelling etc – Brandon Barn – approved; S19/0231 – erection of triple garage at Windwards, Gelston – approved; S19/0355 – Single storey extension at 33 Lower Road, Hough – approved;   S19/0651 – Barakiel Barn – single storey extension – approved; S19/0850 – erection of single storey extension, garden room and fencing at 3 Hough Road, Brandon – approved;  S19/1543 – single storey extension at 32 Lower Road, Hough – response to be agreed.

 

  1. Playing field:   July and August reports to hand.  Quotes for rubber chippings and resolution as to purchase/or alternatives.  Note ward member grant of £200 from Dist Cllr Milnes. 

 

  1. Road safety/Highways – Update on village entrance gates on C001.  Update on change of position of “Unsuitable for HGVs” sign.  Update on overflowing stream at Lower Road, Hough [Cllr Maughan]. Update on additional gritting route (Cllr Maughan).  Update on potential speed restriction through Gelston (Cllr Maughan).  Update on signage at Hough on the Hill (Cllr Maughan).  Update on Toll Bar Road S19/0735 – access.

 

 

 

 

  1. Footpaths –Footpath 8 – not yet received an application to re-route path.

 

  1. Brandon Pole Transformer Diversion – work commenced/completed?

 

  1. Defibrillator at Hough – Alistair Knott has taken over from Steve Pickard – CHT are aware.

 

11. Communications –  general discussion.

 

 12.  Financial matters:

   [a] Bank balances at 31.8.19 £4,404.41 (deposit a/c} and £6,823.97 (current a/c).   

    [b] Resolution to sign bank reconciliation/income & expenditure accounts at 31.8.19

    [c]Resolution to sign Bank form for new Internet Banking system at Yorkshire Bank.

    [d] External auditors confirmed receipt of Exemption Request.
