  1. Resolution to approve Minutes of meetings held on 19th September 2019.

 

  1. Planning matters:  S18/ 0078 – Brandon Wood Clay Shoot application for clubhouse – pending consideration (note appeal); S19/0735 – Toll Bar Service Station – pending consideration (likely recommending refusal);  S19/1418/1419 – separate barn conversion into two new dwellings at Old Hall Barn, Brandon – approved conditionally;  S19/1543 – single storey extension at 32 Lower Road, Hough – approved conditionally;  S19/1548 Condition 3 approval and S19/1611  non material amendments approved – Willow Barn, Thompsons Lane, Hough.

 

  1. Playing field:   September report to hand.   Wicksteed suggestions for base of play area. 

Bark not yet ordered (Gravelmaster = £306 for 3 bulk bags delivered).  Update on goal post removal.   Update on gate closing signage.

 

  1. Road safety/Highways.  Update on painting gates white and on missing Brandon sign.  Notification that Hough bridge (at Frieston) will be closed in February for 5 weeks.  Gulley cleaning/flood alleviation – discussion and any solution.

 

  1. Footpaths –Footpath 8 – not yet received an application to re-route path.

 

 

 

  1. Brandon Pole Transformer Diversion – routing of cable changed - work completed?

 

  1. Defibrillators – all defibs have had an annual maintenance by CHT.

 

  1. Meeting dates 2020.

 

  1. Communications –  general discussion.

   [a] Bank balances at 30.11.19  £4,406.63  (deposit a/c} and £4,969.83 (current a/c).   

    [b] Resolution to sign bank reconciliation/income & expenditure accounts at 30.11.19

    [c] Consider budgets for 2020-2021 and resolution to agree precept amount.
