1. Welcome by Chairman.
2. Apologies for absence.
3. Declarations of interest.
4. Resolution to approve Minutes of meetings held on 9th December 2021 and 18th January 2022.
5. To consider matters from Cllr P Milnes.
6. To consider matters from Cllr A Maughan.
7. Planning matters:
S18/ 0078 and S20/0098 – Brandon Wood Clay Shoot application – update;
S21/2342 – Wayside Farm, Lower Road – new tractor shed- approved;
S21/2487 – Old School house, High Road – electric timber gates – approved;
S21/2525 – Gelston Grange Farm - no approval required for new steel framed building;
S22/0092 – The Old Vicarage, High Road – tree works – approved;
S22/0221 – Honeybee Cottage, Folly Lane – tree works – approved;
S22/0330 – 17 High Road, Hough – tree works – pending consideration;
S22/0389 – Chestnut Court, Stubton Road – alterations and extension – pending consideration.
8. Road safety/Highways. New gates for Hough – supply and fit 2 = £960.
SID for C001 – nil response from Beeswax and PFI re assistance with funding.
9. Speed gun – update on training (AB)
10. Defibrillators – all “information credit cards” and fridge magnets distributed.
11. Playing field – Gate spring repaired - AK? Cleaning of MUGA floor – AB - when? Annual Play area inspection ordered and will take place in May.
12. Queens Platinum Jubilee – update on discussions with parishioners regarding preferred memorial (play area bench)?
13. Financial matters:
[a] Bank balances at 28.2.22 £5,213.61 (deposit a/c} and £3,555,39 (current a/c).
[b] Resolution to sign bank reconciliation/income & expenditure accounts at 31.12.21, 31.1.22 and 28.2.22.
[c] Resolution to pay £153.60 LALC subscription and £419.40 to CHT for defib support to March 2023.
[d] Resolution to agree next 3- year contract with BDG at £156 per cut (was £142 so 10% increase).
