May 2021 Minutes Annual Parish Council Meeting
MINUTES of the Annual General Meeting of Hough on the Hill Parish Council held on 13th May 2021 at Hough on the Hill Church Community Area commencing 7.35pm.
Present: Cllr Rowland (in the Chair), Cllrs. Baker, Barrett, Holden, Knott, McLean and Ward plus Cty Cllr A Maughan and Dist Cllr P Milnes, and one member of the public.
1. Apologies for absence.
There were none.
2. Election of Officers.
It was proposed, seconded and unanimously agreed that Cllr S Rowland be elected as Chairman for the forthcoming year. It was also proposed, seconded and unanimously agreed that Cllr R Holden be elected as Vice Chairman for the forthcoming year. Each signed their Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
3. Review of Standing Orders and other Procedural documents:
All documents had been reviewed and it was resolved that three amendments were required – one to the Standing Orders, one to the Financial Regulations and one to the Planning Policy.
